All airport picks require a fee that the City of Los Angeles requires from all car service providers. When you request a pick up, we will check for your flight arrival information and automatically adjust your pick up time, if necessary. Since LAX policy does not allow for vehicles to park at the curb and wait for passengers, drivers must circle the airport if you do not request meet-and-greet service. Please understand this can cause delays in pickup based on airport traffic conditions. We appreciate your patience.
